Welcome to The Quality and Risk Management Group!
It's difficult to make this subject sound fun... sexy... inviting, but it is necessary. The mission of my company, Geeohdy Consulting, is to bring a new way of thinking about IT initiatives to all companies. At a high level, it's Quality and Risk Management. At lower levels it includes IT and QA Governance, Compliance, KPI's, Testing, Standards, Process, Change Control, Version Control, Quality Gates, and more.
It's an exciting time to be discussing this. Many organizations have brilliant C-level executives that are strategic in their thinking, while truly technical in their skill set. It's the New Generation C's!
